Client Specific STH – Mental Health Needs – Award in STH Programme Development
Having explored what STH is and some of the mechanisms behind how and why it works, we can now examine the ways in which STH can benefit specific groups of clients and individuals within these groups. This section will look at mental ill health, if you are looking to work with other groups such as those with learning disabilities of age related conditions, then please contact Thrive’s training team and we can signpost you to relevant further reading.
Suitable for: Primarily this module is suited for anyone who is working or hopes to work as a practitioner within STH, it would also be of interest to anyone with an interest in nature-based approaches to health including practitioners, professionals, volunteers, career changers. It will also be of interest to those working in health and social care, GPs, commissioning groups, referrers and funders.
