About the Courses

When do the courses start?

Our courses are always available so you can buy and begin studying at any time.

Are the courses fully online?

Yes, these courses are all online. There is no need to visit a classroom or undertake any travel to complete the course.

Do I have to be online at a certain time?

No. We all have busy lives and the courses are designed in bitesize chunks to fit around you, no matter where in the world you happen to live.

Some of the activities, such as LiveChats, do take place at a certain time each week. If you are unable to join a LiveChat, please email and we do our best to help.

Do I have to complete all of the assignments?

If you are studying the courses purely for your own interest, the assignments are optional.

If you would like to receive a certificate of achievement at the end of a course, you do have to complete a few mandatory activities.

Can I keep the course materials?

Yes. You can download and print off one copy of the slides and video transcripts for each course.

Please make sure you understand the intellectual property and copyright statements at the top of each document.

How long do I get access to the courses for?

Some of our courses give access for a fixed period (usually 40 days).

I am not sure if the course I am interested in is right for me. How can I find out more?

Please email and we would be delighted to talk you through the content of a course.

If you are happy to tell us a little bit about your background and your aspirations, we will do our best to suggest a course that is right for you.

I need more time to complete a course. Do I have to re-register?

Yes. Technically you need to re-register once the 40 days is up.

However, please contact us on and we can try our best to help.

If you would like to be able to access the discussion forums once you have completed the course, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.

Does it matter which country I’m from?

No. Our courses can be accessed almost anywhere in the world.

However, please note that courses are currently only available in English.

I have a disability, are your courses accessible?
