Thrive is the leading UK charity that uses gardening to bring about positive changes in people’s lives.
With nearly 40 years’ experience, our training, education and consultancy team are experts in teaching people to use gardens and gardening to help people who have been touched by disability or ill health.
Thrive offers a variety of training and education opportunities ranging from one-day courses to higher education qualifications.
Our programme of online courses may be new but our approach to education is built on decades of experience with thousands of learners.
Our online courses are suitable for practitioners, health or social care professionals, people looking for a career change and volunteers working in the fields of care, education, the environment, health, horticulture or social care.
They will also help inform commissioners, social prescribers, referrers and GPs about Social and Therapeutic Horticulture, how it works, who it can help, and what the evidence tells us about its impact on diverse groups.
